The mexican war and Mexico began with when Mexico attack on American troops. Fighting ended when U.S general Winfield ocuupied Mexico city on September 14 1847. Day’s later a peace treaty was signed at Guadalupe Hidalgo.

My live as a latina is very fun. At my house we eat mostly mexican food. I mostly speak spanish at my house and english at school but I still speak spanish at school to. I think that speaking two languages can be helpful sometimes. I think that there is many advantages about being a latina is that you are able to speak spanish without a lot people knowing what you say.Thing is that if you know how to speak good spanish and english you will be able to do a lot of things that not may people can do. I love live a a latina.

I have set three goals for myself. I want to accomplish the three goals by the end of the school year. I want to not get in trouble this year. This year I want to get good grades. The finale thing that I want to do is get better at math.

My first goal is to not get in trouble. The first thing that I could do is behaving. Another thing I could do is to follow all of the rules. One more thing I could do is get to class on time. Maybe by following the rules and behaving I wont get in trouble.

For my second goal .I also want to work on getting good grades. I think if I pay attention in class I can get good grades. I could get my homework in on time. I could also study more and if I study I could pass all of my test and quiz’s that would get me good grades.

My last goal is to get better at math. If I listen in class I can get better. If I focus in class instead of goofing of I will learn more. If I memories all my multiplication facts I know I will get better. I have never been good at math but if I focus I know I can do it.

I know that achieving my goals is going to be hard. But if I work hard and try my best I know I can do it. Not getting in trouble, getting good grades, and getting better at math are my goals for this year.

I am a student at Jackson Hole Middle School. I my favorite colors are blood red and black. My favorite thing to do is hang out with friends.
